Big Update

Man, it's been a while! A lot has happened. On the 14th was championships, we got 2nd! We were beast-like! And a couple weeks ago I kissed my girlfriend for the first time then a few days later we made out and now we make out whenever we see each other outside of school. Jarred came home on Friday (the same day as the band banquet) and he will be here for a week! Indoor starts tomorrow, I'm just glad I don't have to audition since i was in outdoor! Uber sucksorz

Well, today my parents went to parent-teacher conferences. They talked to my band director, without all the details he basically said I sucked on my small ensemble audition. Tomorrow I am going to ask if i can try-out again, hopefully he'll be cool enough to let me. Sorry for the lack of updates, I've had a really busy weekend. On Friday was the VA parade, so i got out of school for that, then, since it was already 6th period one of my friends let me go with her to class! So we went to European History for 8th and 9th. Then we had pizza for lunch. After that we had band class so I just hang around since we have band right after school. And on Saturday the competition took forever! There were like 20 bands there! And like 3 only had maybe 12 members! I was very bored... At least I got to hang with my girlfriend. Then on Sunday I went to my friends house and spent the night. It wasn't what great, but whatever. GOODNIGHT!

Depressed

I am very depressed today. I didn't get into small ensemble! I am fucking pissed, depressed and a mood that i can only explain as kill my band director. I have no idea why not. I mean, my friends even listened to me play and the other guy thought i did better than him, and he got in! I couldn't have done that awful! If two people auditioned and he wanted two spots I must have done fucking terrible in his eyes! God, I know I sound like a pussy but, every time I think about it I want to fucking cry! I'm in the marching band! This was the easiest piece I've done since I joined the Raiders! I think my band director just hates me, the feeling is mutual. Tomorrow is the VA parade, I get to miss half of school! That's it. I am going to go punch my band director in the face!

It's wednesday!

Well, its Wednesday night. I am sitting in bed. Nothing much to say. I had small ensemble auditions today after school, i skrewed up so much! But luckily only two percussionist were trying out and he needs two percussionists! I went straight to band practice and hung out with Courtney and Shannon. Courtney made Otakon sound really cool! I wish I could go, but I am so poor. Then i hung out with colleen for a while and broke the world record for longest hug. And that's all.

Hey guys! I'm Jake Byrnes, I'm 13 and here's a bit about me. I am in 7th grade, I play xylophone in the high school marching band (it makes me feel special;) I have been skating for 4 years but, I'm not very good; I have been playing guitar for 4 years and think that i'm really good for my age. I have the best girlfriend ever, i love her so much; I am pretty good with computers, I always help the teachers... I have a thing for old spice, i use hair and body, body wash, deodorant, and body spray, i love the stuff. I just got windows 7 on my laptop. I got my laptop with my bar mitzvah money. And i got my bar mitzvah from my jewishness! I also play bass guitar in my band and I think i'm pretty good. I make a lot of songs, like one every two days. I use guitar pro and fruity loop. Sometimes i save them, sometimes I hate them enough not to. I want to go to the art insitute of massachusets and get a degree in communications technology. Here is a song I made!
